My Skills
Hello and welcome to my website! I am Hui Ouyang, a graphic designer and 3D artist based in Rochester, New York.
In 2012, I started working as a graphic designer at Gallery r in Rochester creating posters, postcards, and banners advertising exhibits and events to the public. While working to obtain my Master of Fine Arts degree in Computer Graphic Design at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), my expertise in 3D and graphic design was recognized by the faculty. I was then asked to teach classes for undergraduate students as a part-time Adjunct Instructor. Courses I taught included 3D Digital Design, Motion Graphics Design and Graphic Design.
Before coming to Rochester, I worked for China Network Television in Beijing during 2010 where I pitched and individually completed the public interest bus promotion campaign “Be Courteous” project for the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou. This experience drew upon my skills in storyboarding, and motion graphics during my earlier design career.
With more than 4 years of experience in the design field, I have become more creative, inspired and enthusiastic in my profession. I am an outgoing and enthusiastic designer with an optimistic attitude. My motto is, “Follow your passion and never give up.”
Thank you for visiting, and I hope you enjoy this website!
